Although you have never killed anyone, or any other major sin, I want you to know how God looks at ANY sin, no matter how big or how small.  As you learn more about the goodness of God you will come to understand that God is Love.  God looks at sin as High Treason against Him.  God doesn’t distinguish between sins…..sin is sin.  And sin causes separation from God.     BUT, in 2 Peter 3:9 we find that, The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

          So God knew all along that mankind could not save themselves that is why He sent Jesus to save us all from hell.   So no matter how bad a person has been or how good a person is, no one will get through those pearly gates of Heaven unless they accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

      "He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." John 3:18

     Until you devote quality time to studying the Bible you don’t give much thought to the “devil” throughout your daily chores, but according to the Bible, the earth is his domain to rule and make corrupt.  Satan is the deceiver of the entire world.  Although, he cannot do anything that God Does Not First Approve.  He is still under God’s thumb.  But where ever satan sees an opening, he is right there to set up shop.

So in your prayers, be sure to ask Jesus to guard your heart from that sneaky little devil and to fill it with His love.
