I Will Be With You Always

In quite a number of verses in the Bible it becomes very clear who we should put our trust in.  If you would like to go through your short bleep in history without any worries, than open the door!   Jesus said He would stand at the door and knock, If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.  Yes, Jesus is the one that said He will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you.

In Bible story after Bible story you see that God was in the middle of the battles along side those that love Him.  God doesn't eliminate battles and trials from our lives, nor does He say, good luck I'll see you when this thing is past!  NO, He takes us by the hand and pulls us through.  Just like the 23rd Psalm says, 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

In the Book of James he says, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. 3 For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. 4 So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.  It is God's plan to send trials to His children to test and strengthen them.  It will make you stronger in your faith.  But take comfort in the promise that God disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.  Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children.  He will bring you through it.

So when you are going through a difficult time in your life, thank God for being there with you and helping you through it.  Always keep in mind the promise in Romans 8 that states, For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.  He is the one knocking at the door wanting a relationship with us, and He is saying that His unfailing love for us is far greater than anything you could mention!  He is the One that will be with you always, if we only open the door and welcome Him in.
