Have you ever seen how small a mustard seed is?  Jesus said that we could move mountains, if we had the Faith of a Mustard seed. 

 

So what is Faith? Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. 

 

How important is Faith?  Hebrews 11:6  And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

 

How do you get Faith?  Romans 10:17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. 

 

What prevents our Faith growth?  The growth in every Christian is constantly under attack by the evils of this world.  Spiritual warfare is fierce over each and every soul.  God wants all to come to repentance and be saved because He loves us.  The devil doesn’t love us; he just wants to keep as many souls from Heaven as he can.  (Anything that causes us to be outside of the will of God is by the devil)

 

The devil’s most common practice is to plant in the mind of sinners, that they don’t deserve God’s Grace and Forgiveness.  That shadow of doubt that people carry, the painful memories of a sinful past.  The only way to defeat satan and get by those memories of the past, is to build your Faith.  A STRONG Faith will crowd out the fears of failure.  The only way to grow that Faith is to study the Word of God.  Do you realize how many promises that God makes to those that love Him?  Whenever you come across a promise in the Bible you should know that it was meant for you. 

 

A good Faith promises is in Ephesians 6:16, in all circumstances take up the shield of Faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one.

 

That would be even better than moving mountains.
